You can install Quilt using 2 different methods as shown below.
Method #1
Get Quilt Installer from here - https://quiltmc.org/install/client (download the Universal JAR file)
Right-click on the Quilt installer file and select the Java OpenJDK icon
Next get the Quilt Standard Libraries JAR file and place inside your mods folder - https://modrinth.com/mod/qsl
You can then go to the Modrinth website - https://modrinth.com/mods
Filter by Quilt and select the latest version of Minecraft Java.
Download the mods and place them inside your Mods folder
Method #2
Get MultiMC from here - https://multimc.org/
make sure Development mode is enabled
Create a vanilla instance, then Edit Instance
choose Install Quilt
Next get the Quilt Standard Libraries JAR file and place inside your mods folder - https://modrinth.com/mod/qsl
You can then go to the Modrinth website - https://modrinth.com/mods
Filter by Quilt and select the latest version of Minecraft Java.
Then browse the instance folder or click on Install mods and place the mod Jar files inside the mods folder.
