It is recommended you get the CurseForge client for easy installation of this modpack. Get the CurseForge client from Here
Then search for "boosted fps" or "gamerpotion" to find the Forge Edition and click on Install.
You can also import the pack as a zip file. Get the zip file from Here (use this method for MultiMC, GDLauncher, etc)

If you want to use OptiFine instead of the fork of Sodium with this pack. Then disable the following 2 mods:-
- Rubidium
- Oculus
You can either do this from the client or delete them from the mods folder.
If using CurseForge client, then make sure you enable content management for the modpack
Then get OptiFine from Here and place it inside the mods folder. Then launch the game and it should work with OptiFine.
